Option 1 – 10x Management Package Management Fees: Stress Free Lettings:
14.4% of rent due monthly Set-Up charge, 50% of rent due for one month period, subject to a minimum of £460.00

We will be due this percentage of the eventual sale price as an introductory fee whereby the tenant purchases the property from the landlord: 1.8%
Termination Fee: 100% of rent due for one month period (subject to a Minimum Fee of £450)
